✨ The Public Sector Reform (PSR) programme is part of the Government's ambitious agenda to transform the UK by reforming public services. It aims to address systemic issues such as siloed and inefficient service delivery, focusing on preventive measures rather than reactive responses. The programme emphasises local, bottom-up innovation and experimentation, through "Test & Learns", to improve service outcomes, alleviate pressures on citizens and frontline staff, and reduce public expenditure. It is supported by the PSR Innovation Fund, a £100m initiative over three years. The PSR Test and Learn team requires a diverse set of digital and data roles to support its Test & Learn approach and objectives.
